About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer Intern or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with an interest in branding, brand identity, and social media content creation.

You will be part of CodeNation Studio's growth team, helping create and evolve the visual identity of our brands and producing content for our digital channels.

Rather than someone who only knows how to use tools, we are looking for a person who wants to build brands and tell stories through design.

Responsibilities

  • Design graphics and visual assets for CodeNation Studio's brands and digital channels.
  • Create graphic pieces for social media and digital campaigns.
  • Develop visual concepts for content and campaigns.
  • Create and adapt content for different formats and platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
  • Keep our brands visually consistent across all channels.
  • Take part in the development and evolution of brand identities.
  • Create graphic assets, compositions, illustrations, and digital materials.
  • Design reusable templates and visual systems for content.
  • Take part in planning and tracking content calendars.
  • Research design, content, and digital communication trends.
  • Work with the team to turn ideas and concepts into visual proposals.

What you'll learn

  • Branding and brand identity.
  • Creating visual concepts and art directing content.
  • Design for social media and digital campaigns.
  • Building graphic systems and templates.
  • Adapting content for different platforms.
  • Typography, composition, and color theory.
  • Trend research, content planning, and organization.
  • Creative work within a technology and entrepreneurship team.

Who we're looking for

  • A student in the final semesters of Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Recent graduates are also welcome.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and visual communication.
  • Good aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.
  • Interest in branding and brand identity, social media, and digital content trends.
  • Interest in working with brands, technology, startups, and digital marketing.
  • Ability to turn an idea or concept into a visual proposal.
  • Good organization and time management.
  • Excellent communication and openness to feedback.
  • A proactive attitude, curiosity to learn, and the ability to work in a team.
  • Good writing and spelling.

Nice-to-have tools

  • Adobe Photoshop.
  • Adobe Illustrator.
  • Adobe After Effects.
  • Canva or similar tools.
  • Figma or other digital design tools.
  • You don't need to master every tool: we mainly look for good design judgment, creativity, and the ability to learn.

Portfolio expectations

Please share a portfolio with your best work, whether academic or professional. We want to see your judgment and how you think, in particular:

  • Branding, logo, or brand identity projects.
  • Social media or campaign pieces.
  • Compositions, illustrations, or other graphic assets.
  • Any personal project that shows your creativity.

No prior professional experience is required, and UI/UX case studies are not needed.
